Schwatt told Spivak that Rosche Schwartz was one of the names, but Spivak has not yet set a definite time to discharge her; therefore, Schwatt is asking Spivak to make arrangements to do so. Schwatt tells Spivak that the only patient who does not need arrangements is Samuel Morris because he passed away.
